A while ago in at the end of 2010 I was a successful entrant in the
Textile Institute's (TISA) Fashion Design Awards.
I was lucky enough to walk away with the following awards.
- The Ark award- recognizing creative and commercial design and manufacturing potential
- The society of Dyers and Colourists of Australasia Award- Demonstrating talent in Dyeing and colouration
- The Permanser Award
- Participation Award from TISA
'The TISA Awards Showcase presented over 20 finalists from across the educational sectors Australia-wide providing unique recruitment and promotional opportunities. The annual Textile Institute Southern Australian Section (TISA) design competition is for full time fashion students across Australia. It provides students with the opportunity to participate in an exciting competition that brings together industry partners and potential employees - the future of the TCF industry.'
